We currently ship to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Orders are delivered to valid Saudi National Addresses.

Shipping Method

Shipping Fees & VAT

• 15% VAT is included in the total order amount as per Saudi regulations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Saudi National Address.

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.

• We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address details.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

• In case of a delay exceeding 15 days after the agreed delivery date, customers may be eligible for order cancellation as per Saudi E-Commerce Law.
